Whether you’re a new or returning patient, we look forward to welcoming you to Garcia Dental Care. From the moment you arrive, our team is here to make your visit comfortable and make sure your dental needs are fully addressed.

To help us provide thorough care, please bring the following to your appointment:

Your current medical history
A list of medications you are taking
Your dental insurance information

Appointments, Cancellations,and Payment

We schedule appointments carefully to help each patient receive the time and attention they deserve. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another patient.

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including cash, Visa, MasterCard, and debit. Payment is due at the time services are provided.

Your Insuranceand Coverage

Our fees are based on the current Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide. We are connected to insurance providers and can submit claims on your behalf to help you receive reimbursement, often within 1 to 7 business days.

Because insurance plans can vary, we may not be able to provide exact details about your coverage. However, our team is always happy to help you better understand your benefits.

In some cases, your recommended treatment may go beyond what your insurance covers. Our doctors will always make recommendations based on what supports your long-term oral health.

You can download and complete our insurance form before your first appointment or if there are any changes to your coverage. This questionnaire includes commonly asked questions about dental insurance policies and will help us assist you in understanding your dental insurance.
