From the moment you walk in the door, our dental team will make sure that all your dental needs are addressed and that you feel comfortable and welcome in our office.

In order to ensure that you receive the best care we can provide, it’s helpful if you could please bring the following information with you to your appointment:

  • your current medical history
  • a list of your medications
  • your dental insurance information

We schedule appointments carefully to allow enough time for each patient to give them the level of care they require. We ask that you please give us 48 hours notice for cancellation. 

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and debit payments. Payment is due when services are rendered.

PAYMENT POLICY

Our fees are based on the current ODA Fee Guide. We are connected to insurance companies via high speed internet connection and will process your insurance claims to ensure you receive your reimbursement within 1-7 business days.

Due to the vast number of insurance policies that exist we are not able to tell you specific details about your policy, however, we will gladly help you to understand your policy. Please download the insurance questionnaire, which has the commonly asked questions about dental insurance policies. This information will help us to help you understand your dental insurance.

At times your basic oral health needs may exceed your insurance coverage. Our doctors will make treatment recommendations based on what is in your best interest to optimize your dental health
