COVID-19 Safety Update

We are very happy to welcome our patients back to our office now that the Ontario Ministry of Health has allowed dental offices to reopen and resume all of our regular dental services. While this is great news, this does not, however, mean we’re back to “business as usual.” As we adjust to the “new normal” and take extra precautions to ensure everyone’s safety, we hope we can work together to reduce the spread of COVID-19; the keywords here are “work together.” Without your utmost support, patience and understanding, we would not have been able to re-open, so thank you to everyone for supporting us and following our new procedures. We appreciate your patience more than we can express.

Without further ado, please allow us to inform you about a few changes in both of our office locations; however we will go into more detail when you call to book an appointment. Once again, thanks for all your support and we can’t wait to see you again.

  • For those whose appointments were cancelled over the last few months, we’ll be contacting you to reschedule and putting those with urgent or emergency requests at the forefront.
  • We’ll be screening patients before they come into our office to ensure they’re not experiencing COVID symptoms.
  • We are not welcoming walk-ins at this time. Also, any patients wishing to pay their bills may do so over the phone.
  • When you arrive for your appointment, please call our office (Richmond location – 519-354-8100, Queen location – 519-351-0727) to let us know that you have arrived and when we are ready for you, we’ll greet you at the door and let you into the office to limit the number of people in the waiting area. Appointment times will also be spread out more but we will continue to work diligently to provide flexible and convenient appointments for all of our patients to the best of our ability.
  • Please where a mask while inside other than for your procedure. Our team will also have more personal protective gear on including full gowns, face shields, masks, etc.
  • We have hand sanitizer set up by the front door and ask patients to kindly sanitize when they come into the office and when they leave as well. We’ll also have more dispensers set up around the office so please help yourself.

Have Any Questions?

We know these times are uncertain and can be stressful, but we’ve always remained open and honest with our patients. That has never changed. We’re a reliable family-owned and operated business that strives for excellence and nothing less. If you have any questions or concerns about our re-opening or have suggestions on how to better your experience as we get used to the “new normal,” please don’t hesitate to call us.

We look forward to seeing you and your smile soon.
